Step 1:  Welcome Letter

• Elementary Welcome Letter
• Junior High Welcome Letter (previously emailed to families)
• High School Welcome Letter

Step 2: View your Student's Schedule/Class Placement

• JH/HS schedules can be viewed in the Family Portal - https://santiam.client.renweb.com/pwr/
  • Log in, then click on Student on the left side menu, then click on Schedule. 
• Elementary placement & Meet & Greet info will be emailed to families.

Step 3: View & Complete Information Below Appropriate to Your Student and his/her Grade Level

Background Check Request

Any person (parent, grandparent, etc.) who volunteers to work with kids in any capacity at SC must undergo a background check. Background checks expire every 2 years.  If you need a current one, please complete this Background Check Form.   After filling out that form, you will receive an email with the actual background check questionnaire to complete.

Transportation

• Please read this important Transportation Update for all who will be utilizing SC Bus Transportation.
• Bus Registration Form - Please complete this if you need to sign your student(s) up to ride the bus.

School Supply Lists

School Picture Information (All Students):

School pictures will be taken on August 31 between 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m.  For anyone who isn't able to come for pictures that day, retakes will be during the school day on October 10.

• Picture Order Form - Print, fill out, and bring on picture day.
