There's a lot to learn about Santiam Christian Schools. Please browse our website and social media to learn more about our heart and ministry. SC isn’t a perfect place, but it’s pretty special! We’re excited for you to learn more about us!

Welcome to the SC Family!

There are a few questions that are asked by many families looking at us for the first time. Let me just answer those for you here:

  • Santiam Christian exists to assist Christian parents, who adhere to our Statement of Faith, in the training of their children by providing a Christ-centered, academic environment that encourages the development of a Christian worldview emphasizing academic excellence, Christian character, responsible citizenship, and service to others.

    So, yes. This is our mission statement. Our mission is based on us sharing that basic belief.

  • Santiam Christian supports families in many ways, but we are not a church. We believe that every student and their family needs the support of a local, Bible-believing, and teaching church. We ask families to share their church information and have their pastor share a little information about their participation.

  • Yes! And, our AP pass rate is FANTASTIC! By choosing SC, you really aren’t giving up the opportunities available at larger schools. We have great offerings in so many areas! Check out our academic offerings, our athletic offerings, and the wide variety of activities we have available.

    For a school our size, we have a pretty amazing variety in every area.

The 2025-26 school year is in full-swing and we are looking ahead to 2026-27. Applications for NEXT school year are open for you to complete and submit. Early application submission does not guarantee enrollment, but you are welcome to join our pool of applicants by applying at your convenience. We will actually start the next admissions season in January with our Intent to Return period for current SC families. When that window closes in February, we will start considering our new applicants. It would be advised to have your application submitted before the end of February, so that your prospective student is included in our initial admissions pool as we start the admission season.
