Minimum two days per week with potential for more days if interested, 7:45 am - 3:15 pm. Tuition discount available.
Multiple positions available and vary, but may include the following:
- Attendance - tracking online and contacting teachers and/or parents as needed.
- Interacting with parents, students, staff, general public via phone, email, walk-in's
- Minor first aide
- Assisting with lunch duty - cashier and/or supervision
- General office duties - copy room, filing, mail distribution, etc
Skills required:
- Computer knowledge - Microsoft suite, ability to learn phone, copy machine and FACTS (in-house software system).
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and self manage time
- Ability to respond calmly in stressful situations
- First aid/CPR certified, or ability to obtain
