Diana Braunworth / HS Faculty
Diana Braunworth has ministered internationally herself and has hosted many international students in her home. She las lived abroad for seven years in Egypt and Malawi, Africa and has traveled extensively.
In addition to her travels, Diana has earned a Bachelors in Child Development and Family Relations with a Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education. While in college, she met her husband and they now have four adult children. Their family is continually growing with the addition of grandchildren. Her family enjoys being together and her children have inherited her love for travel as well.
Diana has used her education by teaching in Cache LaPoudre in Fort Collins, Colorado, Cairo American College in Maadi, Egypt, and more locally, in Corvallis, at Westside. She joined us here at Santiam Christian in 2014.
It is not surprising that Diana has a heart for international students. In her role here at Santiam Christian she loves being able to share her faith and pray with the international students as well as being able to teach them the Word of God. She appreciates working in an environment of teachers that truly care about the whole person.
Diana loves to study God’s Word and she loves music. She teaches both Bible as well as piano and therefore enjoys continuing to study both subjects. Whether at school or at home, Diana truly understands the eternal value of what she is doing everyday.
