Reports To: Transportation Coordinator
The lead for the After School Kids Care program would be responsible to supervise K-6 grade students that are in our care after school. Responsibilities include managing HS student workers and maintaining a safe environment for students.
- Work Hours - 2:45 pm - 6:00 pm each school day.

SCS has an Elementary Student Success Coach position open.
● Basic problem solving with students
● Supervise students and maintain a cooperative atmosphere throughout assigned locations
while teaching expectations
● Work with grade level teachers to collect behavior data and monitor student progress
● Support School wide behavior expectation structures.
● Ability to work with small groups and students 1:1 in supporting social skills,
communications tools, and emotional regulation
● Use a variety of approaches to assess, record and provide feedback promptly to
students/families on their progress on behaviors based on student plans
● Support spiritual growth and Christlike leadership through student leadership
opportunities and support of chapels
● Minimum 2 years of college experience
● Possess strong student management skills
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Self starter who can learn/work independently
● Knowledge of interventions or ability to learn new systems/curriculum related to support
social/emotional and spiritual growth
● Ability to build strong relationships with students and families
● Part-time -Hours Vary between 28-30 hours weekly - depending on final schedule
