• 2% Tuition only Discount: Is given when tuition is paid in full BY July 1st.
• Enrollment Fee Cap per family: $500 by 4/30/12 & $700 after 5/1/12.
• Payment Plan: 10 monthly payments/Payments are due Sept. 1st thru June 1st.
• Late Fee: $50.00 fee will be assessed on accounts unpaid after the 15th.
• Fees: Instructional/Activity Fee; Yearbook; PE uniform; FALL SPORTS and Elective class fees are due at Registration.
• Sports: Some sports are run through outside sources. Check Fee Schedule for sports offered through SCS. (See link above)
• Sports & Activity Fees: Fees for sports and some activities vary based upon student participation & may have other costs above and beyond the participation fee.

• $500 Membership Fee: is assessed to each family on a yearly basis. This fee provides for campus maintenance and capital improvements.
• *Kind/Elementary Instruction/Activity Fee: covers the cost of a workbooks, textbooks, yearbook, field trip transportation, Elem Spring Track Meet, ACSI Activities; HS athletic attendance & Kindergarten graduation/enrichment activities. *Fee combines previous: Instructional & Activity fees
• *JH/HS Instructional/Activity Fee: covers labs, workbooks, textbooks, general transportation, equipment, JH electives & student body card (card covers a variety of student activities/projects) Each JH/HS students will receive a laminated card. *Fee combines previous: Instructional/SB card & JH Discovery fees
• Parent Volunteer Hours Program: Each family is expected to give of their time (repairs, coaching, playground help, fund raisers, painting, etc.) for a minimum of thirty (30) hours per school year or $825.00 ($27.50/hour). Five (5) of these hours must be spent on a Major Fundraising Activity or Advancement Activity, as defined by the Director of Development, via board approval. The $825.00 will be charged to all accounts in MAY, then hours worked will be credited after the “Parent Volunteer Hours & Credit Voucher” form (see link below) is turned into the Business Office when commitment is fulfilled.
• Tests: During the course of a normal year, there are several tests which may be taken by HS students & vary in price. PSAT & AP are tests that the school collects additional money for:

HS = A mandatory PURSUIT Retreat will be held early in the school year for HS ONLY @ $135.00**.
6TH GRADE = A mandatory Outdoor School Retreat for 6th Grade ONLY held in the spring @ $185.00**
*Retreat fees are added @ $13.50 & $18.50/month respectively in your monthly payment.
